Shipping costs are free if your order exceeds €49.

If your order is less than €49 it will be free if you pick it up in one of our stores. Delivery to your home or to a collection point costs €5.90 for orders under €49.

Shipments to the Canary Islands have a cost of €10.90

*No shipments are made to Ceuta or Melilla, or to post office boxes.

Once you receive the order at home, you have a period of 30 calendar days to manage the return or report an incident for free through your account.
